Frequently Asked Questions:
What steps is Walker taking to keep guests safe and healthy?
We’ve always taken pride in our clean and well-run dealership, and we know this is more important than ever right now. We’re taking guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take. We’ve put several additional steps in place including adding more rigorous cleaning routines, ensuring guest-facing surfaces and high-touch areas are cleaned multiple times throughout the day.
Why are you making changes to your store hours?
Beginning March 23rd, our dealership will close at 6 p.m. to allow even more time for our team to clean and also limit any type of exposure.
Are you encouraging your team members to stay home if they’re sick?
Yes. As always, the health and safety of our team remain a top priority. We’re asking team members to stay home if they are sick.
Who is leading Walker’s response to coronavirus?
We have assigned an internal task force to ensure our dealerships planning, preparedness and response actions are coordinated and aligned. This group is working swiftly and diligently to support our team and our guests. We want to thank you for the continued support and opportunity to serve you through this difficult time.
